Seven began Nordic ski racing in 9th grade with her high school team. After falling in love with the sport, she joined Mansfield Nordic Club and met Virginia Cobb, who convinced her to try biathlon during the summer of 2023. She now trains with Ethan Allen Biathlon Club in Jericho, VT. Her favorite venue to race at is the Craftsbury Outdoor Center.

Outside of biathlon, Seven enjoys sailing on Lake Champlain, writing music, backpacking with her family and doggo, and spending time outdoors with friends.
