Hall of Fame#

Hall of Fame Nominations are to be submitted to the Awards and Recognition Committee with at least two additional recommendations stating the reasons for submission. These names are to be reviewed by the committee and then submitted with the committee’s recommendation to the entire Board of Directors for approval.

There are three categories of membership in the U.S. Biathlon Association Hall of Fame: 

1. Athletes: recognize the exceptional achievements of those biathletes who have represented the United States at major international competitions or games. 
2. Supporter/Organizer/Coach: recognize contribution, leadership and abilities of those individuals who participate in the development of biathlon, race organization or coaching in the United States.
3. Contributor: recognize outstanding contributors to United States Biathlon, who are not necessarily from within the sport.
